Terms and Conditions – Cashback

1. Buy Pringles Can worth ₹ 125(“Promotional Product") and get an guaranteed cashback worth ₹ 50 through UPI/ Bank NEFT (“Offer”). Any consumer purchasing a Promotional Product shall be eligible to receive an guaranteed cashback of ₹ 50(“Cashback Amount”). An guaranteed cashback of ₹ 50 will be mentioned on the scratch card inside the Promotional Product. This Oﬀer entitles the end user to cashback on their Bank NEFT or UPI. The consumer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.

2. The Offer is valid from 15th August, 2025 to 26th January, 2026.

3. By redeeming the Oﬀer the Buyer agrees to bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).

4. By participating in this Offer, the Buyer/Participants voluntarily agree to provide his/her express consent to Kellogg and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or the Agency for collection, storing , processing, using his/her UPI ID, Bank Account No., name, email ID or any other personal information as part of this Offer and abide by Kellogg Privacy Policy which can be accessed from https://www.kellanova.com/us/en/privacy-notice.html.

5. All personal information provided by the Participant in relation to this Offer shall be collected, stored, processed, used, maintained by Kellogg and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Agency or any other third party engaged by it to administer the Offer and shall be retained for such period as to administer the Offer.

6. These Conditions apply to every person/Buyer("Participant”) redeeming the oﬀer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.

7. The Participant agrees to adhere to such additional terms and conditions of the UPI Partner partner/ Banks as may be applicable.

8. The Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank details, mobile no., etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website, www.pringlesreward.com. No change in details will be entertained once Participant have submitted the same.

9. Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited or Kellogg will not be responsible for cashback failures due to any failure at the payment gateway or payment processing partner’s end or due to any SMS failures or incorrect details provided by the Participant.

10. The payment processing holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing reserves the right to not honour the cashback. In such event, Kellogg shall not be liable to honor the cashback in case any fraud is detected.

11. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Kellogg be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the cashback including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.

12. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd whether under contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the value of the Offer.

13. In no event the maximum liability of Kellogg whether under contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the value of Rs. 1.

14. Any disputes or diﬀerences in connection with the Oﬀer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.

15. The payment processing reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

16. This oﬀer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

17. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.

18. The Offer is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

How to redeem the Offer:

1. Scratch the Unique Code printed on the Promotional Product.

2. Enter your unique code at www.pringlesreward.com or via the QR code landing page for redemption.

3. Register your mobile number to receive OTP.

4. Choose preferred cashback mode (UPI/NEFT).

5. Receive cashback in your Bank Account within 24-48 business hours.

6. The Offer is valid from 15th August, 2025 to 26th January, 2026 (both days included) or till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is available on Promotional Product pack worth ₹ 125 (Rupees Hundred & Twenty Five Only) (inclusive of taxes).

2. This Cashback entitles Participant to an guaranteed cashback of ₹ 50.

3. This oﬀer is not available to employees of Kellogg and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or dealers, distributors and their immediate families.

4. Promotional Product purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.

5. All information provided by the Participants in relation to this Offer will be used by Kellogg and its authorized service providers to administer the Offer.

6. This Offer is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Participant.

7. The "How to redeem the Offer" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. This Offer shall run on the select variants, SKUs of Pringles and select channels only.

9. Oﬀer excludes Public Holidays and bank holidays.

10. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant . Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.

11. A maximum of 02 (two) Unique Code can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account during the promotion period.

12. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., who is acting as an executing agency for this Promotional Oﬀer and Kellogg holds no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the Promotional Oﬀer.

13. This Oﬀer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

14. Under this promotion, the vouchers are being oﬀered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Kellogg is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this voucher and the guaranteed cashback oﬀered with this voucher.

15. Kellogg and/or Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, and without any liability to the end customer.

16. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and/or Kellogg shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.

17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and/or Kellogg , including but not limited to technical diﬃculties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and/or Kellogg reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer/Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

18. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and/or Kellogg is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traﬃc congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.

19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and/or Kellogg which corrupt or aﬀect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and/or Kellogg reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

20. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Kellogg Offer website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Kellogg reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Kellogg suﬀers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify Kellogg for those losses, damages, and costs.

21. Kellogg shall not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Offer caused by any events including events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to force majeure.

22. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional oﬀer.

23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and/or Kellogg will have no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional oﬀer.

24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, ﬁnancial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured oﬀers.

25. Kellogg India Private Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being oﬀered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.

26. Last date to redeem the Offer is 26th January, 2026.
